Law No. 29733 — Peruvian Personal Data Protection Law and its Regulations.

Cacique Hotel, located at Av. Guillermo Irazola C, Lot. 23, 2nd Stage, Urb. Miraflores, Castilla, Piura, Peru, is responsible for the processing of the personal data you provide to us, in compliance with Law No. 29733 — the Peruvian Personal Data Protection Law — and its Regulations (Supreme Decree 003-2013-JUS).

1. Data we collect

We collect the data you voluntarily provide when booking, registering as a guest or contacting us: full name, identity document (DNI, foreigner's card or passport — required for guest registration), phone number, email address, dates of stay and billing details where applicable.

2. Purpose of processing

  • Managing bookings, guest registration and the provision of lodging services.
  • Issuing payment receipts and managing payments, deposits and corporate credit lines.
  • Handling inquiries, requests, complaints and grievances.
  • Complying with legal obligations, including tourism-sector and immigration regulations.
  • With your consent, sending you information about rates and promotions.

3. Data bank

Personal data is stored in the guest and client data bank managed by Cacique Hotel. We apply reasonable technical and organizational security measures to protect it, and we do not share it with third parties except where legally required or where necessary to provide the service (for example, arranging transfers you request).

4. Retention period

We keep your data for as long as a relationship with you exists and for the periods required by applicable regulations (tax, sector-specific and consumer protection).

5. ARCO rights

You may exercise at any time your rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Objection (ARCO rights), as well as withdraw your consent, by sending a request to:
